Thanks to the Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce’s generous support, the Florida Women's Business Center now has a presence in Broward County.  This partnership between the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Women’s Business Center brings training and resources to both local Broward County business owners and those interested in initiating entrepreneurial ventures.  The FLWBC’s primary objectives are to provide: training, counseling, mentoring, resources and support to women entrepreneurs. We offer a variety of educational workshops each month that are either FREE or offered at a nominal fee.  Reserve your spot now for an upcoming workshop or sign up for a FREE counseling session.

The Florida Women’s Business Center’s headquarters is based in Palm Beach County, in the city of Delray Beach.  Primarily the women who live in Palm Beach County commute to the center to attend trainings and receive business counseling. The center provides phone counseling to women who reside in other counties within South Florida and who find it too far a distance to travel.  Thus the expansion of the FLWBC program into Broward County and into the city of Hollywood provides an opportunity for women from Broward County to benefit from more than just phone counseling, but to have face to face contact with a business counselor and access to the same business development training workshops offered in Palm Beach County.   In addition women from surrounding counties may travel to the Broward County for services as well.
