Companies that actively encourage volunteerism have seen that it significantly improves employee morale and strengthens employee relations and commitment. The TED Center offers corporations and their employees an opportunity to participate directly in various areas of its programs where their time and talent will directly benefit economically-distressed communities, while fostering their own personal and professional enrichment.

The connections established with highly successful business people at TED Center’s fundraising events are also a direct benefit to any company interested in expanding and strengthening its professional network. Companies are afforded the chance of developing relationships with potential vendors from within economically distressed communities.
